Sidhaya, the official peer-reviewed research journal of Bulacan State University, is now accepting manuscript submissions for its 2026 Regular Issues. Beginning December 1, 2025, the journal will follow a rolling submission policy, allowing authors to submit their work at any time throughout the year for continuous review and consideration.

We warmly invite scholars, researchers, faculty members, and graduate students from BulSU and other local and international institutions to submit high-quality, original research aligned with the journal’s multidisciplinary scope. Sidhaya welcomes submissions across diverse fields within the University Research Agenda, including but not limited to:

• Education, pedagogy, and learning sciences
• Health, wellness, sports science, and human movement
• Culture, heritage, arts, and tourism
• Science, technology, engineering, and innovation
• Business, governance, and societal development
• Environmental studies and sustainability

All submissions will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review and must follow the journal’s updated Author Guidelines and publication policies as outlined in the OJS platform.
